We’re big believers in appropriate technology – we won’t recommend the latest ‘toys’ just because they are flavour of the month.
Easy to talk to
No layers of account management, helpdesks, etc. Clients can get on the phone or fire up an email and speak directly with the people working on their projects.
Small changes are made instantly (often while the client is on the phone). With other agencies the smallest of updates require forms to be filled out in triplicate, and can take weeks!
Attention to detail
We do everything in-house. Absolutely everything, including hosting. Our hosting is designed to host mission critical business systems, and delivers the maximum possible uptime.
We’re fanatical about the quality of our service. For example, rather than one backup system, we operate two. It’s the little things like this that make a big difference.
We’re both reactive and proactive. We’ll spot and fix problems before they become an issue, and we'll feed clients with a constant flow of ideas to improve their website and its profile.
We always hit deadlines and we always come in on budget. Always.
We have an exceptionally low staff churn rate. And indeed a low client loss rate too!
